Terms of Service

1. The service

BEAR provides tools for creating, scheduling, and publishing content to third-party platforms you connect, plus analytics and automation features. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the platforms you connect).

3. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant BEAR the limited license needed to store your content and deliver it to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish and for complying with each connected platform's rules.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No spam, platform-manipulation, or violation of third-party platform policies.
• No attempts to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on third-party APIs that BEAR does not control. Platforms may change, rate-limit, or revoke access; BEAR is not liable for third-party outages, policy changes, or content removal by those platforms.

6. Billing

Free trials are provided as-is. Paid plans, when active, renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bear Visuals LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination survive.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
